Sauce made from scratch and so is the crust. It was so good, I could tell from the first bite. I'm a retired sous-chef of a 5 star restaurant in the Lowe's Vanderbilt plaza in Nashville TN. Nice old world vibe, CLEAN!!!

Definitely the best pizza in Oakland and some of the best pizza in the region. I have sampled an array of food from here, and it all measures up to being very good. Sicilian pizza is my favorite, but I don't think you can go wrong ordering anything from here. It is refreshing to order food from a personal business and not a chain restaurant, of which is all we seemingly have any longer. One used to be able to order from an array of local places in Oakland, but not any longer. Give Sciulli's a try; you won't be disappointed.
I got delivery from Slice, so I cannot comment on in person services, but this pizza is heavenly. Also, the delivery came 30 minutes early!!! The dough is nice and chewy, and it has its own flavor. Most pizza places put no love into its dough, so you can tell this place puts a lot of love into the food they make. The pepperoni and the mushrooms are cooked so well, and I asked for it to be crispy/well done, which it was! I asked for extra pep, and they delivered more than enough! Pairing these toppings with the beautifully risen dough makes for a wonderful flavor profile. The delivery driver was really nice as well. My dog keeps begging me for more!!! The price is so good too, very reasonable, as a kind of broke college student, and you get a LOT for what you pay for :)!!! Hands down the best pizza I've ever had in PGH, possibly my life, ever! Edit: I have been inside the establishment! It's super cozy and bustling with customers. Even despite being so busy, everyone is really awesome and nice. You can tell everyone enjoys what they do at Sciulli's even if they're slammed.
It was cool i had a Italian Hoagie... The first time I cane back for a Cod Sandwich and thats my star food for here now.... Its feeling and all it needs is fries on the side but i was satisfied. Update: The Wings and fries pretty too
My wife and I ordered some pre-concert pies (in Pittsburgh to see Lainey Wilson) on 10/26/24. It was our first time ordering from here. We were not disappointed!!! Both pies were DELICIOUS My favorite was the Sicilian.
My wife and I are from Chicago, so we tried a supreme pizza last night from Sciulli’s. The veggies were as fresh as can be, the sauce was delicious and the atmosphere and staff were outstanding. We will eat there again.
I reached out to Sciulli's with a large pizza order (110 pizzas, 1100 slices total) for an event early on a Monday. Not only was everything ready to go before my pick up time but he even helped load up my truck and made sure everything was perfect. 10/10 would order from here again!
